Main characteristics: 1. Shaftless driving: the machine adopts German Rexroth servo system, and each unit is driven by independent servo motor, which provides guarantee for high-accuracy register during high speed running.
2. Rubber blanket cylinder is equipped with three-point suspension eccentric bearing with double-row tapered roller structure, which realizes reliable clutch operation and stable pressure; the forme cylinder and impressing cylinder are equipped with tapered roller bearings, completely eliminating the runout caused by gap between bearings.
3. High-strength cast iron base provides reliable guarantee for high speed and high efficiency printing.
4. The full-pneumatic control clutch and ink roller clutch are reliable and sensitive to operate and can be adjusted left-and-right and up-and-down without stopping the machine, which makes overprinting more quickly and conveniently.
5. The machine is equipped with continuous alcohol dampening system with auxiliary rolling bridge to ensure that the printing products are colorful and clear in dots.
6. More unit options: the machine can be added with coating unit, cold stamping, laminating unit, rotary die cutting unit, emission unit, splitting unit, cutting unit and stack collecting unit.
7. Register system: the vertical and horizontal registers are controlled by independent motors; the machine is equipped with stationary image monitoring system and can realize vertical and horizontal registers without stopping machine, which effectively improve the quality and productivity of printing products.
8. Positioning system: after inputting printing length in main console, each unit will automatically arrive at specified position, which reduces register time and materials waste.
